It’s been an exciting week of Stormgate action, with the game being opened to all during Steam Next Fest and the first-ever major esports event taking place. Just when we thought things would slow down, Frost Giant hit us with an exciting surprise – the Stormgate NDA has been lifted until March 11, and if you missed out on the Kickstarter, you’ll soon be able to put in a late pledge!
Stormgate NDA Lifted Until March 11 – Streaming & Content Creation Continues
As announced by Frost Giant’s Gerald on the official Stormgate Discord server, the NDA has been lifted until March 11 (the end of this phase of the Stormgate beta)! This means anyone can continue to stream and create content for a whole extra month – it’s a good time to be a Stormgate fan!
There will also be a balance patch coming soon, which will likely address some issues in the game, and give creators a ton to talk about. It’ll be interesting to see how the game changes going forward and fun to watch all the new content we’ll see coming out.
Kickstarter Late Pledges Coming Soon
In addition to the NDA being lifted, Gerald also confirmed that Frost Giant will soon start accepting late pledges. This is a Kickstarter feature that allows the campaign to continue accepting pledges after its initial end date. Essentially, if you missed out on the Kickstarter, or just want to back it for a beta key, you’ll now have a chance to do so.
Unfortunately, no date has been confirmed for this just yet. We will keep you updated as soon as anything is revealed, both on this page and on our socials. Hopefully you can snag a great pledge that you missed out on and enjoy all the new upcoming Stormgate content!
