Lots of news has been coming out of the Frost Giant camp recently, with the news of the 1.0 release of the campaign and the end of early access specifically making saves. However, there’s more to be excited about – Team Mayhem, Stormgate’s 3v3 mode, is on the way too!
Stormgate 3v3 Mode, Team Mayhem, Coming in Fall
Frost Giant’s latest announcement already promised we’d hear more about the future of the game, and it seems some of it has already been revealed, with Tim Morten confirming that Team Mayhem is coming in fall!
On LinkedIn, Tim Morten stated that “Later this Fall, we will also add a new 3v3 “Team Mayhem” mode to the “Sigma Labs” section.”. Sigma Labs is Stormgate’s new testing ground – essentially, game modes are split into released (like the 1.0 version of the Vanguard campaign) and in-development (like co-op).
No exact release data is yet confirmed, but the fall window is September to November, so we could see a public version of Team Mayhem very soon!
